WP-0 Aviator style welding positioner. This positioner is our
smallest, 10 inch steel table capable of 75 pounds approx. centered in the
horizontal. No center hole, 0-8 RPM motor, cast iron foot pedal. Double sealed twin ball bearings, enclosed gearing,
and our unique, Constant Current Contact, which is spring-loaded for long life.
Tilt of the table is infinitely variable from 0 to 90 degrees. Motor is a 90
volt DC PM gear motor and control. Unit uses standard 115 volt AC power, insulated and isolated for H.F. TIG welding.
WP-12-NC This positioner has a pivot design with screw tilt control, and a 10 inch steel table. This allows heavier loads of approximately 175 pounds, centered in the vertical. This unit has a 2 inch center hole, foot pedal, double sealed twin ball bearings, enclosed gearing, and our unique Dual Constant Current Contact, that is spring loaded for long life, rated at 300 amps @ 75% Duty Cycle. Motor is a 0-10 RPM 90V DC Leeson Electric USA, PM gearmotor and control uses 115V AC power, insulated and isolated for H.F. TIG welding.
