WP-0 Aviator style welding positioner. This positioner is our smallest, 10 inch steel table capable of 75 pounds approx. centered in the horizontal. No center hole, 0-8 RPM motor, cast iron foot pedal. Double sealed twin ball bearings, enclosed gearing, and our unique, Constant Current Contact, which is spring-loaded for long life. Tilt of the table is infinitely variable from 0 to 90 degrees. Motor is a 90 volt DC PM gear motor and control. Unit uses standard 115 volt AC power, insulated and isolated for H.F. WP-1 This positioner is our most popular, with a 13 inch steel table, capable of 150 pounds approx. centered in the horizontal. This unit has 2 inch center hole, cast iron foot pedal, double sealed twin ball bearings, enclosed gearing, and our unique Constant Current Contact, that is spring loaded for long life. Pin-lock tilt, 0, 45, 90 degree positions. Motor is available in two sizes; 0-4 RPM or 0-8 RPM (additional Cost). WP-2 This positioner has a trunnion pivot design with screw tilt control, with a 10 inch steel table. This allows heavier loads of approximately 200 pounds centered in the horizontal. This unit has a 2 inch center hole, cast iron foot pedal, double sealed twin ball bearings, enclosed gearing, and our unique Constant Current Contact, that is spring loaded for long life.
