WP-12-SW Welding positioner. This positioner has a pivot design with screw tilt control, and a 10 inch steel table. This allows heavier loads of approximately 175 pounds, centered in the vertical. This unit has a 2 inch center hole, foot pedal, double sealed twin ball bearings, enclosed gearing, and our unique Dual Constant Current Contact, that is spring loaded for long life, rated at 300 amps @ 75% Duty Cycle. Motor is a 0-10 RPM 90V DC Leeson Electric USA, PM gearmotor and control uses 115V AC power, insulated and isolated for H.F. TIG welding. This unit comes with an 8 inch 3-jaw universal Speed Wheel chuck, and one set of reversible jaws.

1. 1/4 inch steel plate welded construction, and CNC machined, this aligns the precision secondary gearing for long service.
2. Total 360 degree enclosure of the precision secondary gearing keeps grinding dust, weld spatter and fingers out of the pinch points. 
3. Twin, not one but TWO precision SEALED ball bearings, that distribute the load and still deliver smooth rotation. 
4. We use our own Dual 300 AMP, "Constant Current Contact", for the ground connection. This spring loaded brass ground, follows the back side of the table, keeping the welding current of the precision bearings, 300 AMP at 75% duty cycle.
5. Precision machined steel secondary gearing, no exposed belts or chains.
